Raising crops and Raising funds!
FIELD ACCESS : 8 km east of Gibbons on Hwy 643 - 1 km east of junction of Hwy 643/Hwy 825.

Our combine crews will roll into our 265 acre canola field east of Gibbons, Alberta on land generously donated by Suncor (thank you Suncor!). We’ll harvest the canola in a matter of hours with proceeds going to the Canadian Foodgrains Bank to help the hungry. The CFGB works globally in developing nations to help those struggling to feed themselves and their families. Our farmers raise the crops, helped out by our agri-business supporters that provide crop inputs as well as individual sponsors contributing by sponsoring an acre through Grow Hope. Our farmers donate time and equipment to plant, nurture, and harvest the crops.

Everyone is welcome to come out, learn a bit about our efforts, join us for free burgers, and see how these combines make short work of the canola field. We will do our best to accomodate those who wish to jump in the combine cab and get a taste of the harvest experience!
